o     Interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of the Service or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.

PartyPm.com has no obligation to monitor the Service or any user's use thereof. However, PartyPm.com reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

o     Event information is provided by the venue and / or Promoter. Therefore, PartyPm.com does not guarantee the accuracy, of the information listed on this site. Should you have any questions, please contact the venue or event Promoter via the available contact information.

o     PartyPm.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the information contained here.

o     In order to enhance their use of this web site, users can choose to leave comments on particular articles of interest. To leave a comment, users must submit information  including a valid email address. PartyPm.com will not pass this information to any other organization.
